Maureen Rothman
In 2005, Maureen Rothman became the Founder and Principal of Rothman Associates Inc. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, she has firmly established roots in the Mid-Atlantic region and enjoys time spent covering Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.
Her passion for design and space planning began early while frequently re-arranging her bedroom furniture, but it was her drive for business that landed her a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Penn State University. As a lifelong Alumni Association member, she is quick to recognize the “Blue and White” skies and is an ardent supporter of Division 1 athletics. Additional graduate degree work was done at Widener University during her first career path in the Human Resources field.
Maureen's involvement in commercial furniture sales spans thirty+ years. Holding the values of giving back and mentorship, she has received numerous recognition's for her many years of serving various organizations and Boards, both industry and non-industry-related. At the pinnacle of her career, Maureen had the honor of being named to the 2019 inaugural NEWH College of Fellows.
Gladys & Gulliver
“Gladys” officially became a partner in March 2013 at two months of age. In early 2021, Gulliver joined the company. They are responsible for the daily retrieval, literally, of all local leads. Each morning, they take turns and can be spotted picking up The Times Herald from the bottom of the driveway and bringing it into the office for Maureen’s review. Both are very supportive of our sustainability efforts and spend several hours each month breaking down cardboard and packaging materials for recycling. According to Maureen, “Gladys & Gulliver have been a blessing as they’ve quickly adapted to graciously meeting many interior designers and customers. Both of these Goldens continuously strive to put their best paws forward in representing Rothman Associates Inc. and are available for sales calls upon request.” Gracie, who was a registered Therapy Dog and made weekly visits to several Senior Living properties, crossed the Rainbow Bridge in December 2019.
